SHIPPING POLICY

All orders shipped within the United States are through USPS. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

International shipping is available as well and will be calculated at checkout. 

SAN FRANCISCO LOCALS

Live/work in San Francisco? Save on shipping with free pickup from our studio space or free delivery via bike (fulfilled every Friday). At checkout, please select "Local Pickup/Bike Delivery" and specify in the order notes which service you'd like.

If choosing "Local Pickup", you will be contacted when your order is ready. We will schedule a time that works for both of us for the pickup.

If selecting "Bike Delivery", please provide a delivery address in the order notes. Once the order is complete you will be notified and your order will be delivered by bike the following Friday.

**Please note local pickup is for those who can physically pick it up from our studio space and bike delivery is for San Francisco addresses ONLY. Please do not choose those options at checkout if you do not qualify. Your order will be delayed and or cancelled until a payment is received for shipment.**

RETURN POLICY

As of right now, we cannot offer any returns on orders as most items are made to order. If you have any questions on the products, please feel free to reach out before ordering.

LEAD TIME

Majority of the bags are made in batches will have a small stock available until another batch of them is made. Only the Basket Bag 139 and Basket Pack are Made to Order and will require a 7-10 business day lead time.

WARRANTY

Any bags we deem as a manufacturer's defect, we'll replace or repair free of charge. Bags facing normal wear and tear, or any other damage from use, we'll gladly repair for a small fee. We'd rather see our bags get new life rather than tossing it into landfills.
